Terms of Service for Construction Project Management Mobile Application

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application ("App") developed by Foreman Agency for managing projects, suppliers, and invoices in the construction industry. By accessing or using our App, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the App.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

Applicability
These Terms apply to all users of the App, including but not limited to contractors, suppliers, project managers, and other individuals or entities involved in the construction industry.

Account Registration
To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account credentials secure. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

App Functionality
Our App provides tools and features to assist in managing construction projects, suppliers, and invoices. The functionality of the App may vary based on your subscription level or plan.

User Obligations
a. You agree to use the App solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
b. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and completeness of the data you input into the App.
c. You agree not to access or attempt to access any other user's account or interfere with the security or proper functioning of the App.
d. You will not use the App to transmit any unauthorized or harmful content, including viruses or malicious code.

Intellectual Property
a. All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and patents, belong to Foreman Agency or its licensors.
b. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for its intended purpose. You may not modify, copy, distribute, or reverse engineer the App.

Privacy
Our Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information provided by users of the App. By using the App, you consent to our Privacy Policy.  We do not disclose users' personal data to anyone, and no one has access to this data except the application itself to perform its tasks.


Disclaimer of Warranty
a. The App is provided on an "as-is" basis, and Foreman Agency makes no warranties or representations regarding its functionality, accuracy, or reliability.
b. Foreman Agency shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Modification and Termination
a. Foreman Agency reserves the right to modify or discontinue the App, temporarily or permanently, without prior notice.
b. We may also modify these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the App after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ukraine.

Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Foreman Agency regarding the use of the App and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
